Data Deletion Instructions

SyncPulse, operated by Obsidio Labs, connects to advertising accounts that you authorize, for two purposes only: changing campaign status (activate or pause) in response to broadcast detection events, and reading campaign performance metrics for reporting. We do not access personal profiles, contacts, or content of individual users on any connected platform.

The data we hold in connection with a platform authorization consists of: the access credentials you granted (such as OAuth tokens), advertising account identifiers, campaign configuration data, and campaign performance metrics.

Revoking SyncPulse's Access

Meta (Facebook / Instagram advertising):

• 1.On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, locate SyncPulse, and click Remove. If you authorized SyncPulse through a Business Manager, go to business.facebook.com → Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps, and remove SyncPulse there.
• 2.Then follow "Requesting deletion of your data" below.

Google Ads and Display & Video 360 (DV360):

• 1.Go to myaccount.google.com/connections while signed in with the Google account used to authorize SyncPulse, locate the connection, and remove its access.
• 2.Then follow "Requesting deletion of your data" below.

TikTok:

• 1.Contact us using the form below and we will immediately revoke and delete the access token on our side. Where available, you can also manage app authorizations in TikTok Business Center under your account's app authorization settings.

Requesting Deletion of Your Data

To request deletion of all data associated with your account or authorization, contact us through the contact form on our website and state the platform and advertising account concerned. We will revoke any remaining access and delete all associated data — including access tokens, account identifiers, campaign configurations, and performance data — within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements. We will confirm completion of the deletion in writing.
